Drooling Dog Barbecue Roasted
Garlic Bleu Cheese Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 heads garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup bleu cheese

Instructions

  1. Place garlic on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil, then close foil and place in a 400 degree oven. Roast for one hour, or until soft.
  2. Puree in a blender. Add room temperature butter and bleu cheese, mixing well. Refrigerate.
  3. Use on chicken or salmon before cooking or as a spread for garlic bread.

Notes

Can be kept chilled up to two weeks, or frozen for longer term storage.
