Eurasia Thai Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
Marinade
- 8 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Other ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tomato, cut into slices or wedges
- 1 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a large sauté pan or wok and add oil.
- Remove shrimp from marinade and sauté for about four to six minutes, or until done.
