Guadalajara Grill Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 Hass avocados
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped serrano or jalapeno chile
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half; remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently, criss-crossing two spoons in the bowl, leaving the avocado in small chunks.
