Roast Beef on Toasted Nine-Grain

Ingredients

• 1 loaf nine-grain bread from St. Louis Bread Company, thinly sliced
• Roast beef slices
• Dijon mustard
• Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

1. Toast slices of nine-grain bread. Cut into interesting shapes, i.e., hearts, diamonds, etc.
2. Top with small slices of roast beef and a dab of mustard.
3. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
