Strawberries Stuffed with Cranberry Mascarpone

Ingredients

• 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
• 1 tablespoon orange liqueur or orange juice
• 12 large (jumbo if available) strawberries, halved

Instructions

1. Combine mascarpone cheese, dried cranberries, orange peel, and liqueur in a bowl.
2. Pipe into strawberry halves using a pastry bag fitted with an open star tip.
3. Chill.
