CHRISTMAS RECIPES
Pineapple Wassail
Yield: 2 quarts
Ingredients
- 4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice (1 large can)
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cups orange juice (canned or diluted frozen)
- 1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar
- 1 (6 inch) stick cinnamon, broken into pieces
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 4 cardamom seeds, crushed or 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground
Instructions
- Combine juices in stove top coffee pot.
- Put spices in top filter of coffee pot.
- Heat to boil, then turn down and simmer over medium low to low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
