Cream Cheese Christmas Tarts

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Any flavor pie filling


  1. Let cheese and butter soften at room temperature.
  2. Mix in flour to get a consistency of pie dough.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Press into muffin tins, making small tarts. Prick with a fork.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F until done.
  6. Fill with any flavor pie filling.
  7. Top with a dollop of whipped cream for serving, if desired.
