Cream Cheese Christmas Tarts
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Any flavor pie filling
- Let cheese and butter soften at room temperature.
- Mix in flour to get a consistency of pie dough.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Press into muffin tins, making small tarts. Prick with a fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until done.
- Fill with any flavor pie filling.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream for serving, if desired.
