Heavenly Hash Brownies
Yield: 48 brownies
Ingredients
Brownies
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 6 1/4 ounces miniature marshmallows
Chocolate Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Brownies
- Combine eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla extract.
- Melt butter and add cocoa. Add to egg mixture and beat well.
- Add nuts.
- Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- As soon as cake is taken from oven, cover with marshmallows.
- Return pan to oven until marshmallows are slightly melted.
- Pour Chocolate Frosting over marshmallows and cool before cutting.
Chocolate Frosting
- Combine butter, milk and cocoa.
- Beat in sugar and vanilla extract.
