Venezuelan Brownies
Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate.
- Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Remove pan from heat and pour contents into bowl; mix well.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.
