Miracle Cookies

Yield: 4 dozen

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine peanut butter and sugar. Mix well. Stir in egg and vanilla extract.
3. Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with floured fork.
4. Bake for 7 minutes.
5. Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
