Butterscotch Shortbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F
- Mix butter, sugar and salt together until soft. Add flours; roll into balls and flatten with spoon. Prick with fork.
- Bake for about 12 minutes.
