Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 1 small potato, sliced
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 (1 pound) beef roast
- Kitchen Bouquet (gravy coloring) (optional)
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place vegetables in bottom of crockette. Salt and pepper meat, then place in pot. Brush with Kitchen Bouquet, if desired. Add water.
- Cover and cook for 10 to 12 hours.
