Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 small potato, sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (1 pound) beef roast
  • Kitchen Bouquet (gravy coloring) (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place vegetables in bottom of crockette. Salt and pepper meat, then place in pot. Brush with Kitchen Bouquet, if desired. Add water.
  2. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 hours.
