Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple in syrup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 9 slices toasted white bread
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix sugar, pineapple and milk.
  3. Add toasted bread. Mix well.
  4. Pour butter over mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour into loaf pan and bake until medium brown, about 45 minutes.
