Drumstick Dessert

Ingredients

Crust

• 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
• 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
• 1/4 cup melted butter

Filling

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 4 cups Cool Whip

Instructions

Crust

1. Mix ingredients and save 1/2 cup for topping. Spread in dessert bowls or a 13 x 9 inch pan.

Filling

1. Mix together first four ingredients and beat well.
2. Add Cool Whip and beat a little more. Spread over crumbs.
3. Top with leftover crumbs.
4. Drizzle with caramel topping.
5. Freeze and serve frozen.
