Eggnog Loaf Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • Almonds, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 x 5 x 2 inch loaf pan with wax paper.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and nutmeg.
  3. Fold in egg whites and whipped cream.
  4. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Freeze until firm.
  6. Unmold; garnish with almonds, if desired.
