Almond Gelatin
Ingredients
- 1 package unflavored gelatine
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 1/2 cups milk, scalded
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Mix gelatine with water.
- Add sugar to scalded milk. Combine with the gelatine mixture and stir until gelatine is dissolved.
- Add the almond extract and mix.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan or mold sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into cubes or unmold and serve with mandarin oranges, pineapple or fruit cocktail for color.
