Creamy Triple-Citrus Gelatin Dessert
Don't let those soft pastel colors fool you. This triple-citrus gelatin mold is a powerhouse in the dessert category.

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 (3 ounce) box Jell-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
- 2 1/2 cups Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream, divided
- 2 (3 ounce) packages Jell-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 2 (3 ounce) packages Jell-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
Instructions
- Add 3/4 cup boiling water to lime gelatin mix in a medium bowl; stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until cooled.
- Whisk in 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour into a 6 cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until thickened but not set.
- Meanwhile, add 1 1/2 cups boiling water to lemon gelatin mixes; stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate for 25 minutes or until cooled.
- Whisk in 1 cup sour cream. Spoon over lime layer in mold.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until thickened but not set.
- Add remaining boiling water to orange gelatin mixes; stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate for 25 minutes.
- Whisk in remaining sour cream. Spoon over lemon layer in mold.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
Prepare using Breakstone's Reduced Fat or Knudsen Light Sour Cream.
Substitute your favorite flavor of Jell-O Gelatin for any of the 3 flavors.
