Dulce de Leche Gelatin

Dulce de Leche Gelatin

Ingredients

  • 2 (7 gram) envelopes unflavored gelatine
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 (13.4 ounce) can Nestlé® La Lechera Dulce de Leche
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetened whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix gelatine and hot water in a small bowl until dissolved; set aside.
  2. Grease 8 dessert cups or a 9 inch round cake pan.
  3. Place dulce de leche, milk, gelatin mixture and vanilla extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared dessert cups; refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. To serve, invert cups onto serving dishes and gently shake to loosen.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream.
