Cranberry Whip

Cranberry Whip

This is another of my Mom's favorite recipes. It was ALWAYS on her table at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped, or 2 cups Cool Whip

Method

  1. Grind cranberries in a food processor or blender.
  2. Mix cranberries, marshmallows, pineapple and sugar and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
