Overnight Oatmeal

This is far better than any boxed cereal you will ever eat, and it's much healthier.

Overnight Oats recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup regular or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Fruit add-ins such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, Craisins, raisins, sliced banana or diced peach
  • Nut add-ins such as chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, coconut or chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix rolled oats, yogurt and almond milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir in honey, cinnamon and any add-ins desired.

Notes

I love the organic rolled oats from Bob's Red Mill in Oregon.

Instead of honey, you can use maple syrup.
