Rum-Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 large packages chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons rum (or to taste)
Instructions
- Heat syrup and cream over high flame. Lower heat and stir chocolate. Stir constantly adding remaining ingredients. Heat until smooth. Pour into fondue pot.
- Serve with angel food cake, strawberries, cherries, sliced bananas, marshmallows,
pineapple chunks or any fruit using fondue forks.
