White Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 pound vanilla-flavored candy coating
  • 1/2 cup Half-and-Half
  • 2 tablespoons brandy

Instructions

  1. Melt candy coating in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Gradually add Half-and-Half, stirring constantly until blended. Stir in brandy.
  2. Serve at room temperature with strawberries or assorted fruits.
