White Chocolate Fondue
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 pound vanilla-flavored candy coating
- 1/2 cup Half-and-Half
- 2 tablespoons brandy
Instructions
- Melt candy coating in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Gradually add Half-and-Half, stirring constantly until blended. Stir in brandy.
- Serve at room temperature with strawberries or assorted fruits.
