Marzetti Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup marzetti slaw dressing
- 4 cups cold, pared and diced cooked potatoes
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons diced fresh red bell peppers (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, hard cooked eggs, celery, pickle relish, red bell peppers and dressing in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Chill to blend flavors.
- Garnish with more hard cooked eggs and tomato wedges if desired.
