Strawberry Apple Salsa Salad

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 McIntosh apple, chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 6 cups torn spinach or Romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Toss strawberries, apples, onion, cilantro and dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Add spinach; toss lightly.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Great Substitute: Prepare as directed, omitting spinach. Serve over cooked chicken.
