Pineapple Barbecue Bean Bake
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans red beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup fresh minced onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients well and bake in a 1 1/2-quart dish for approximately 15-20 minutes.
