Relaxation Tea
This is also useful for rebuilding, as well as relaxing, worn tissues. It also helps ease tension of sore muscles.
Ingredients
- 1 part alfalfa
- 1 part chamomile
- 1 part dandelion
- 1 part horsetail
- 1 part oatstraw
Instructions
- Mix together and store in a labeled bottle.
- To use: Steep 1 tablespoon in 1 cup hot water for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain.
