Skinny Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon celery flakes

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
  2. Mix all other ingredients and refrigerate.
  3. Chill thoroughly.
