Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet Meal
This one-skillet bacon cheeseburger dinner can be whipped up in just 30 minutes. Cook bacon first and then mix ground beef, ketchup and mustard in a large bowl. Stir in Zatarain’s® Dirty Rice Mix, and you’ll have a feast the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup French's® Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Zatarain's® Creole Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 package Zatarain's® Dirty Rice Dinner Mix
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet on medium high heat until crisp. Remove from
pan. Drain on paper towels.
- Mix ground beef, ketchup and mustard in a large bowl until well
blended.
- Add ground beef mixture and onion to skillet. Cook and stir until meat
is no longer pink. Drain fat.
- Stir in rice mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover
and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add tomato; cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cover and let stand
until cheese is melted.
