Curried Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 3/4 cup light cream
• 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
• 1/2 cup cashews, broken

Instructions

1. Heat soups and curry powder.
2. Add chicken and heat through.
3. Sprinkle with nuts and serve over rice.
