Meat Loaf Chatelaine
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf. Place in shallow baking pan.
- Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
