Picnic Ham Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound sliced ham, cut into strips
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
- 1 pound Swiss cheese, coarsely grated
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together with a kitchen fork and add mayonnaise until it reaches the consistency that you like.
- Serve on your favorite rye bread.
