Picnic Ham Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sliced ham, cut into strips
  • 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
  • 1 pound Swiss cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seed
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a kitchen fork and add mayonnaise until it reaches the consistency that you like.
  2. Serve on your favorite rye bread.
