Shrimp New Orleans
Shrimp as you have probably never had them.
Yield: 8 generous appetizer servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 (5 ounce) jar horseradish
- 1 (5 1/4 ounce) jar Creole mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 (24 ounce) package frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp, cooked according to package directions (or fresh equivalent)
- Small onion rings (as many as desired)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, then refrigerate in a tightly covered dish.
- Serve on crackers or with wooden picks.
