Shrimp New Orleans

Shrimp as you have probably never had them.

Yield: 8 generous appetizer servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 (5 ounce) jar horseradish
  • 1 (5 1/4 ounce) jar Creole mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (24 ounce) package frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp, cooked according to package directions (or fresh equivalent)
  • Small onion rings (as many as desired)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, then refrigerate in a tightly covered dish.
  2. Serve on crackers or with wooden picks.
