Watergate Salad

Classic Watergate Salad, also referred to as Green Goddess, Pistachio Pineapple Delight or Shut The Gate Salad or colloquially as Green Goop, Green Fluff or Green Stuff. Regardless of what you call it, we call it delicious! It was developed by Kraft in 1975.

Ingredients

• 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
• 1 medium carton Cool Whip
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained

Instructions

1. Mix dry ingredients with pineapple.
2. Fold in Cool Whip.
3. Add marshmallows and pecans.
4. Chill.
