Lemon-Cheddar Cheese Mold
- 2 small boxes lemon Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream (not whipped)
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and let cool.
