Cucumber-Yogurt Salad

Cucumber-Yogurt Salad recipe

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
  • 2 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, mustard, vinegar, milk, salt, pepper and dill until combined.
  2. Add cucumbers, red onions, feta cheese and gently stir to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
