Sandwich in the Round recipe

Ingredients

  • 18 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
  • Desired sandwich toppings

Instructions

  1. Spray counter lightly with cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into a 22 inch rope. Join the ends together to make a ring. Place in the bottom of a sprayed Bundt pan. Cover with plastic and let rise until double.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Let cool and slice in half crosswise to make two rings. Layer the bottom piece with desired toppings. Place top piece over toppings. Slice into wedges to serve.

Notes

You can use a loaf of Bread Dough. One loaf = 12 Dinner size Rolls. So for this recipe, since it calls for 18 Dinner Rolls, you would have to use 1 1/2 loaves of bread.
