Peanut Butter Pie

Peanut Butter Pie was a school cafeteria favorite! Just the thought of this pie elicits sweet memories.


  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter


  1. Blend all ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
