Oven Yam Wedges
Serve Oven Yam Wedges with fried chicken or barbecued pork.
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 yams, cut into quarters
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher or sea salt
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss the cut yams with the oil.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Turn and bake for 15 minutes longer.
- Season with salt while still hot.
- Serve warm.
