Party in a Bag

In addition to almonds being a delicious ingredient in our recipes they’re also heart healthy, gut healthy and full of vitamins and nutrients.

Party in a Bag

Yield: 3 1/2 to 4 cups; 14 servings; serving size 1/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unroasted whole almonds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoons tamari (or Bragg liquid aminos)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium size bowl and toss together.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
