Trail Mix Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 (250g) package marshmallows
  • 4 to 5 cups plain cereal (honeycomb, Alphabits, Rice Krispies, etc.)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup each coconut, raisins, nuts (peanuts), sunflower seeds (shelled), dried fruit (banana chips), craisins, chocolate chips*

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and peanut butter until smooth; add marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in cereal and combination of goodies.
  3. Press into greased pan.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

* Use your own combo.
