Tuna Chowder
This is excellent and easy!
Yield: 6 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 can Mexi-corn, undrained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, well drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 ounces processed American cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- Few grains of pepper
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until cheese melts. DO NOT BOIL.
- Serve hot.
