Orange Ginger Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon fine chop crystallized ginger
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat marmalade over medium hat until just melted.
- In a medium bowl, beat butter until fluffy.
- Beat in melted marmalade, vinegar and ginger until blended.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Try over asparagus, snow peas or green beans.
