Cincinnati Chili Dip

Cincinnati brings you this classic chili dip – with a twist! Mix lean ground beef with chili seasoning mix and cinnamon. Top with Cheddar cheese and onion and serve warm. Master your dip dunking skills with pasta chips or potato chips.

Cincinnati Chili Dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium high heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, cinnamon and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and onion.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, pasta chips, potato chips or French fries.
