Super Bowl and Game Day Recipes
Dill Pickle Dip
Yield: approximately 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 packages dried beef, chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles* (not pickle relish)
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 to 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese. Mix sour cream and cream cheese together using an electric mixer.
- Add other ingredients and stir in by hand.
- Chill.
- Serve with assorted crackers and small pretzels.
Notes
* We prefer Claussen dill pickles for this recipe.
