Green Salsa
Yield: about 3/4 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 3 or 4 fresh jalapeño chiles, seeded
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor container. Process until almost smooth.
- Let stand, covered, at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
