Two Ingredient Coconut Macaroons recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (14 ounce) packages sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together sweetened condensed milk and coconut until well combined.
  2. Using a tablespoon, place heaping scoops of mixture onto a Silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Dip the bottoms into melted chocolate, if desired.
