Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in a slow cooker, and top with cream cheese. Cook for 4 to 6 hours on LOW or for 6 to 8 hours on HIGH.
  2. Shred with a hand-held mixer, and serve over pasta, rice or vegetables.
