Heavenly Lemon Bars

Heavenly Lemon Bars recipe

Yield: 24 bars

Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake mix
  • 1 (20 to 22 ounce) can lemon pie filling

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix gently together the dry angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling until cake mix is fully incorporated.
  3. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until top is cracked.
  5. When completely cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.

Notes

Variation: Use any pie filling desired.
