Ingredients

  • 4 boneless center cut pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme, lightly crushed, or more to taste
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle pork chops on all sides with thyme, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a pork chop reads 145 degrees F, about 20 minutes. Tent chops with aluminum foil and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
