Tu b'Shvat Fruitcake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup dried fruit
- 1 cup mixed nuts: almonds, macadamias, walnuts, pecans, etc.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake until brown. Stick a wooden pick in the center to check if the cake is done. If it comes out clean, you can let it cool, then enjoy!
